Allison Megrath is a certified land use planner and the President of Megrath Consulting. Her background in land use planning and zoning expertise includes representation before various governmental boards, agencies and advisory committees in both the public and private sector. This provides her with a unique perspective not afforded by all planners.
Her expertise is in working with rural communities to help position them for economic development opportunities by providing planning services and innovative ideas to set them apart from other communities. Over the past 25 years, she has worked in the following communities:

In addition to serving in various capacities for the American Planning Association Florida Chapter (APA Florida), Ms. Megrath has represented Florida planners as a 7-time Delegate for the State at the National Conferences. Ms. Megrath is on the Legislative Policy Committees for APA Florida, and is a member of the Economic Development and the Small Town and Rural Planning Divisions of the American Planning Association at the national level.
